No.4 The Exchange is a brand new appointed contemporary apartment on the Whitstable Coast. Situated on the 1st floor of the old Telephone Exchange building, it boasts open space and high ceilings.
It has a private gated car park with its own parking space. Access is by stairs or lift. There are 2 large bedrooms both with Ensuite shower rooms. It has a super-king bed that can be split into twins if requested.
The living space is light and airy leading to a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen and dining area provides the idea place for socialising and drinks. The dining area is part of the opened planned living space and benefits for the south facing double fronted windows, and has a table with seating for up to 8. The modern kitchen comes equipped with a large dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, bean to cup coffee maker, toaster, kettle and full dinner service, cups, tumblers and cutlery.The space
High Ceilings, light, airy and spacious. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. Sea views from kitchen and bedroom windows. Situated just behind the Whitstable Castle.
Parking is available within a gated car park, guest will has sole use of parking bay number 4. Unfortunately only one car can be parked with the gated area, however there is free on street parking outside of the Exchange.

The Exchange is a newly refurbished first floor two bedroom apartment.
The apartment benefits from 10ft 6in (3.20m) high ceilings which adds to its sense of space.
The lounge is furnished with two single leather arm chairs, a leather sofa with glass side tables comfortably seating 6 adults and floating chestnut shelve. A smart TV connected to the internet to allow access to catch up services and many other apps. The zoned area is simply decorated and separated by an open passage way leading into the dining area and kitchen.The kitchen/diner is enclosed by a quarts counter-top that provides the idea place for socialising and drinks. The dining area looks onto the lounge and benefits for the south facing double aspect windows and has a table with seating for four. The modern kitchen comes equipped with a large dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine,toaster, kettle and full dinner service, cups, tumblers and cutlery.Each bedroom has a smart TV, en-suite shower, sink and toilet. Bedding, Towels and hairdryers are also Bedroom 1 as a super king bed which to be made into 2 singles (request for this option will need to be made at the time of booking). Both room have full length mirrors and ample storage.The utility room/cloakroom is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, wash basin and toilet. The room has additional storage with large wooden work surface.Parking is available within a gated car park, guest will has sole use of parking bay number 5. The apartment is strictly non smoking, regrettably pets are not allowed and the en suite do not have baths.

This family run restaurant is situated in the heart of Whitstable, and has been serving visitors to Whitstable for over 50 years. The Tudor is fully licensed and offers traditional English breakfast, High tea to Sunday Roast and much more. The friendly atmosphere and traditional surroundings provide visitors with a real flavour of this fishing town.

The Lobster Shack

The Lobster Shack is a beach bar serving a selection of hot and cold seafood, with daily specials, amazing local beers and local wine.

The Pearsons

Crab and Oyster House, known for its fresh seafood, this 18th Century pub and restaurant next to the sea and beach in a very pretty alley way known as the Horsebridge.

Wheelers Oyster Bar

Serving the best in European and locally-sourced seafood, this quaint Victorian parlour has been open for business for over 150 year. Due to its popularity it’s best to book in advance.

Quayside Freehouse

Has a wide food and wine selection. Located at the end of the Harbour Street, the pub has a patio area for alfresco dining.

The Alimo

Restaurant has a very unique location – under the arches of the railway bridge on the way into town, and serves home-cooked traditional Moroccan Food with a bar, great for larger groups too.

Crab and Winkle Restaurant

The acclaimed Crab and Winkle restaurant serves a range of seafood, and meat dishes, located in Whitstable’s historic harbour.

An Art and Community Centre putting on a wide range of events, from art-house film evenings, to comedy shows, live music, and art exhibitions.

The Whitstable Playhouse

Puts on a variety of plays, and performances throughout the year. It’s a beautiful old building, with a lot of charm, and it’s a great way to spend an evening, or an afternoon matinees.

The Duke of Cumberland

This is a pub that is also a live music venue. There is a popular Jazz night among others. The Saltmarsh also runs the menu on some days of the week. It also runs from the old stables at the rear of The Duke.

The Old Neptune

This Pub is situated on Whitstable beach is a favourite with those seeking live music with a coastal backdrop.
